Design Printed on PET Film
CMYK plus White ink printed in HD onto transparent PET film at high resolution
Hot Melt Powder Applied
Adhesive powder coated evenly over wet ink for strong fabric bonding
Cured in Oven
Film passed through industrial dryer – powder melts and permanently bonds to ink
Heat Pressed onto Fabric
Film placed on garment, heat pressed at 160C for 15 seconds for full transfer
Film Peeled – Finished!
