All gym accessories and fitness products manufactured by Luxurious Sports are custom made according to your specific requirements, including designs, dimensions, branding, and material specifications. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind or business direction
  • Incorrect specifications provided by the customer
  • Customer provided design, logo, or artwork errors
  • Delays due to international shipping, customs clearance, or third Party logistics
  • Standard industry variations in color, texture, or finishing

Return Eligibility Manufacturing Defects Only

We only accept returns or offer refunds if the product

  • Has a verified manufacturing defect affecting functionality or safety
  • Is significantly different from the approved sample or order specifications
