Sublimation printing is a process where specially formulated dye is printed onto transfer paper, then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. The dye turns into gas and permanently bonds with the polyester fibers becoming part of the fabric itself.
The result is a vibrant, full-color, all-over print that never cracks, peels, or fades. It feels as soft as the fabric itself because the print is inside the fiber, not on top of it.

Printed on Transfer Paper
Design is printed in reverse onto special sublimation transfer paper using dye-based inks at high resolution.
Heat Pressed onto Fabric
Transfer paper placed on polyester fabric and heat pressed at 200 degrees C. Dye turns to gas and bonds into fibers.
Paper Peeled Off
Transfer paper removed – vivid, permanent, all over print remains. Fabric stays soft with no added texture.
Cut, Sewn and Shipped
